Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Form and Legal Notice of Withdrawal Rights

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with us at a distance, without stating any reason, within 14 days from the date the contract was concluded.

For contracts concluded through our web shop, the contract is concluded when you receive our e-mail confirming that we have accepted your order and providing payment details for the service price.

For contracts concluded through direct enquiries, the contract is concluded when you notify us of your acceptance of our Offer or when you pay the first instalment of the price under our Offer, whichever occurs earlier.

Additional notice:

  1. You may submit the completed withdrawal form electronically to the e-mail address ask@croatiabydescent.com or by post to Kosi 75/14, 51216, Viškovo, Croatia. You are not obliged to use this form – you may also submit your withdrawal by any other statement containing all the required information.
  2. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all amounts paid under the withdrawn contract no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal statement, to the same account from which payment was made, unless you have designated a different account in your withdrawal statement.
  3. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully performed and you explicitly requested its performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
  4. If you requested commencement of performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and subsequently exercise withdrawal while the service has been only partially performed, the contract will be validly terminated; however, we will keep a part of the agreed price corresponding to the portion of the service provided up to the time we receive your withdrawal statement. The rest will be returned to you.
